1031 Exchange - When you want to sell your Fusion condo or other rental property and have not lived in it for 2 out of the last 5 years, there are tax implications that you can defer by doing a 1031 Exchange. This site has helpful information. Always check with your tax preparer for advice on taxes, and before you decide to sell/exchange.

RentOMeter - How's your rent pricing? If it's too high for what it is (location, condition, upgrades, views from windows/patio, etc.), then it will sit longer on the market. If it's too low or just right, you'll see a lot of traffic and applications giving you more choice in your selection of Tenant. As a cross-reference, we are happy to check the MLS for the latest rents with your floor plan. We also have a list of would-be Fusion Tenants and maybe we have someone waiting for you to be their Landlord!
